Terms of Service

Last updated July 20, 2026

By using TimeOS Invoicing ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the app does

The app reads invoice-related data (hours, rate, tax, contacts) from a Notion workspace you connect, renders it as an editable invoice, and generates a PDF on request. Notion remains the source of truth for the underlying facts; the app only changes presentation — see the how it works section for details.

Your account and access

You connect via Notion OAuth. You're responsible for what you authorize, for keeping your Notion workspace secure, and for having the right to access and use any workspace you connect — don't connect one you're not authorized to use.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data in Notion and for whether the resulting invoice meets the tax, accounting, or legal requirements of your jurisdiction. The app performs the arithmetic (rates, tax, totals) faithfully, but it doesn't validate your business logic or compliance obligations.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app — including inaccurate invoices, missed payments, or data loss.

Not tax or legal advice

Nothing in the app constitutes tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for invoice compliance in your jurisdiction.

Fair use

Rate limits keep the service available for everyone: 5 PDF downloads and 10 syncs a minute, counted per session. If you reach one, the app says so and asks you to wait a minute. We may block use that goes well beyond invoicing your own clients, such as scripted or bulk access.

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime by revoking its access from Notion's Settings → Connections. We may suspend access for use that violates these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
