Do I need to be technical?
No. Duplicate the template, connect Notion once, and start tracking. Generating an invoice is two clicks.
Will it change my Notion?
Never. The app is read-only — it reads your data live and never writes back. Only your visual edits are saved, per invoice, and you can reset them any time.
Can I bill several clients in the same month?
Yes. Each client gets its own invoice from the same period. Just avoid overlapping invoice periods for the same client.
What currencies does it handle?
It reads the currency from your Hour Rate and shows it as a symbol ($/£) or a code (USD). A single invoice-level tax rate applies.
Can I change how the invoice looks?
Rename lines, merge them, reorder, group by task, milestone, or project, and resize the blocks. Every change saves to that invoice only.
What do I need to run it?
The TimeOS 2.0 template and a Notion account. The template uses automations, so Notion Plus or higher is required.
